the check-in took forever, and my suite had a grossly stained tub, not what I expected. I asked for some cookies at check-in, but I guess they reserved those for special guests only, unlike myself. I almost wanted to give a good review, but I just couldn’t! this place is NOT for discerning travelers.

I had a challenging experience trying to contact the front desk. It was tough to get through, which was frustrating during our stay.

We stayed in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed. The room was super spacious, which was great for our kids. The bed felt comfy, and while it was an okay experience, there were some cleanliness issues. Some parts of the room could use a better cleaning, but nothing we couldn't handle. Also, the water pressure in the shower was nice and the shower head was really good.
